understaffed for serving at Least one tour bus. No coffee at 6:15 and still no coffee at 6:35 what's with that? Entry card from parking lot back into hotel was trying. Eventually we got the door open. It was a consistent challenge.

Sincerely, it was a great stay on a mini vacation. The location was marvellous in a fairly nice area, near multiple restaurants and many stores and restaurants. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Gillette Post Office.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to restaurants, stores, National Parks, and attractions. I appreciated that Gillette for my two-day training was easily accessible. The Frontier Auto Museum being just 2 miles away was a nice bonus.

Our room was littered with dead bug carcasses. The wall paper was coming off the bathroom wall, the bath tub was rotten underneath and you felt like you were going to fall through the tub. The A/C did not work. I asked to move rooms and was given the room next door. The A/C worked. However, still dead bugs and the bed made a horrible sound with the slightest movement. So used a towel to quell most off the sound.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space for our family. The Jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite was a hit with everyone. The hotel amenities, like the exercise room and pool, kept us entertained throughout our stay. The breakfast was served promptly and kept fresh. Although there were a few minor issues, like the need for elevator repairs and stained carpets, they didn't detract from our overall positive experience. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the area and visit nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Gillette.
